Hi everyone! I’m Rothna, a part-time baker from East London, as seen on Season 20 of BBC’s The Apprentice.

Alongside baking, I work full-time as a student wellbeing adviser, supporting young people with their mental health and education.

Over the past few years, I’ve been quietly building a bakery business inspired by my love for baking and my belief that creativity and wellbeing go hand in hand.

From bespoke cake designs to interactive workshops – and soon, a personalised cake station bar. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where people can learn, connect and build confidence. For me, baking is about community, care and purpose.

I’m completely self-taught, and what started as baking cupcakes for family and friends has grown into creating wedding and special occasion cakes, as well as cake set-ups for functions and corporate events. These moments allow me to showcase my creativity, and I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come already.
